In the rare case where a client is not fully satisfied with our services, we offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process.
Cancellation of Services
- To request a cancellation, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page or send an email to support@discovermsps.com.
- You may also contact your assigned Account Manager with DiscoverMSPs.
Please include:
- A clear explanation of the reason for cancellation.
- Any supporting documents or proof related to the issue.
- The signed Statement of Work (SOW), if applicable, attached to the request.
Refund Policy
- We work diligently to resolve any service-related issues within 12–48 business hours.
- If the resolution does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit Card payments → refunded back to the original card.
- Payment Gateway / Bank Transfers → refunded to the same account.
- Refund eligibility will be determined after an internal investigation of the issue.
Refund & Cancellation Charges
- Minimal processing or conversion charges may apply, particularly for international transactions.
- DiscoverMSPs reserves the right to update refund/cancellation charge policies as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
